The Quality Company is a new and exciting company within the Thera Group.

The Quality Company has been set up to be led and managed by people with a learning disability.

The Quality Company believes that every person with a learning disability has a right to the best support to lead their lives the way they want to.

People who work for The Quality Company can own shares of the company.

The Quality Company is led by a person with a learning disability, Jackie Downer, as Managing Director.

The co-Managing Director (Paul Stacey) works alongside the Managing Director.

They will be supported by a Board of Directors.  Most of the Board members will have a learning disability.

The Quality Company employs people with a learning disability in the roles of Quality Coordinator and Quality Assessors.

Quality Assessors work with people with a learning disability to check that they are supported in the way that they want and need.
